Open Kanso, go to the Help tab, and tap "Contact Support" to submit a ticket directly. Our team reviews every request.
Have an idea to make Kanso better? Use the "Suggest a Feature" option in the Help tab. You can also vote on suggestions from other users.
We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours. Most inquiries are resolved within 24 hours.
Is Kanso free to use?
Yes. Kanso is completely free with no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees. All features are available to every user.
What currencies and assets can I track?
Kanso supports major currency pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, and more), popular cryptocurrencies, and the most-traded stocks. You can customize your watchlist and set alerts for any tracked asset.
How do AI predictions work?
Our AI analyzes market patterns and provides directional predictions with confidence levels. These are informational insights only and should not be considered financial advice.
Why does Kanso need camera or photo access?
Camera and photo library access is only requested if you choose to set a profile photo. This is entirely optional and you can use Kanso fully without granting these permissions.
Why does Kanso ask for Face ID / Touch ID?
Biometric authentication provides a quick and secure way to access the app. It is optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time from your account settings.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion through the in-app support system (Help tab, then "Contact Support"). Select "Account" as the category and request deletion. We will process your request and remove your data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Biometric data never leaves your device. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
